2) There is no question that this case blocks the cell signal as well as data signal. I have tested this again and again.
3) Considering that AT&T's coverage is spotty in the U.S. AT BEST, this is the very LAST cover you should get.

Overall this was a tremendous waste of money.

Just some minor issues: the miror screen sometimes makes it harder to see the phone screen when there is much light in the room; also, sometimes, when the iPhone is plugged in the outlet or in the PC, I got very little shocks in my ear when I answered the phone.

I made sure to make note of the signal strength with the case on and off and there was NO DIFFERENCE. This is a FANTASTIC case and I LOVE the mirror screen protector (pain to put on but all screen protectors are). Just make sure to increase the brightness to compensate for the mirror. You will not be disapointed!!

I had seen a YouTube video where a guy did a review straight from when he received this Noel series. When he started to show the packaging he was explaining "since it's Noel Collection" about how nice More-Thing had a red or maybe it was green, ribbon around the box and made a point to say somehing about this for he was saying"what a nice christmas present with the ribbon all dressing up the packaging made it look". I thought so too, so I bought the gold to give as a gift, but when I saw it was just a plain plastic packaging, I decided to keep it for myself and make a comment about how the ribbon dressed the packaging up for the holidays.
So more-thing could you explain how he received a ribbon during this time of the year ordering when he ordered, but when I ordered it was just like I was buying it for myself? I would like to buy more, but would like the dressed up ribbon such as he had. Thanks...
About this case... it is simply put, a beautiful case with the mirror screen protector. I think I'm getting 2 more different colors, for I like the Apple logo showing, and that too as the website lists, you get a circular clear protection to put on the phone over the logo, as to not scratch the logo since it has the hole opening.
A good solid case.

I was rather nervous about getting this case in the mail having read all of the negative reviews about loss of signal and the cover not staying put. I had no loss in signal and the screen cover was easy to apply. It is more difficult to see your phone in the sunglight but that is something that I will get over. The back case is gorgeous, pops right in place and doesn't add bulk to your phone. I got the silver and I couldn't be happier with this case and I love the hole that shows the apple logo. I got a Titanium version, looks the nuts!

No signal loss here. I wonder if it has anything to do with the mirror screen protector? as I have the clear one on mine (you get a choice of a mirror or a clear screen protector).The mirror one cuts out the brightness too much, it was good practise for putting the clear on on.Got mine off ebay here in the UK, much much cheaper.

Nice packaging too, would make a nicely priced, thoughtful present.

I loved my Eternity case but it was chipping and was wondering if this was normal. Wayne replaced the case for free of charge and shipped it out to me. I would've recommended anyone to this site for iPhone cases but now that I know they have outstanding customer service I will be pumping these guy's tires for a long time. Great job guys!

It came with two screen protectors, one silver and one clear. The mirror screen protector looks amazing! Thought it would be a gimick but its incredible how useful it is (for us girls!).I also like the slimline aspect of it.The packaging is good too.Would make a good gift for a birthday or christmas.

I don't lose any reception at all, I get 4 bars all the time!
Just makes my iphone look better than all the rest.

I would certainly recommend this case/cover for those who like being noticed, instead of having a boring dull black cover!

I got my Merlot (for my wife) and Royal Blue Noel case with two screen protectors from the UK on ebay..I wasnt keen on the mirror screen protector but my wife loves the mirror aspect (her friends use it for doing hair and make up!) I put a clear one (personal taste) on mine so we both have spares!,FANTASTIC!

I cant stop looking at it, A real head turner.

(same exact case... different colors for those of you who weren't able to tell). I will post my review here for I have bought this and I deserve the right to post my opinion. I also deserve the right to save the money of those that haven't spent their money on it yet..

"Wonderful looking case.. however, I thought I was going crazy with the fact my iPhone 3G[S]had very poor reception. I complained to Apple.. they got me a brand new one. The problem still continued. I then complained to AT&T and they had suggested for me to get a new SIM card. Problem resolved?..... NUH UH SUCKA! So what was the common problem with 2 new iPhones and 2 new SIM cards? The answer..... after these messages.

The answer was this damn good looking case. I don't know if anyone had noticed this problem with any of their iPhones. If you aren't, then kudos to you.. and you're probably in denial. Jerks. So check yourself... check your phones. I purchased 3 of these cases, and now none of them will be used on my phone.

BUT HEY!... at least it LOOKED nice right?..

I will never substitute my lack of reception for the pretty backing of my phone.

For the block signal problem, the case may block some signal in weak signal area. In Hong Kong and Japan don't have this problem very often. iPhone 3G appears to have weak signal reception, this is a common problem for iPhone 3G.
We tried to put a plastic case without any coating, the signal also gets weakened. So we would like to say this problem cannot be solved completely.

I think you have to remember that this case is a "flashy" case and that with most cases WILL get scratched...sometimes I keep mine in my pocket with my keys so to protect the case from this is all I need..if you need more protection then buy an Otterbox Defender!!!..protection often comes with bulk though.
The mirror screen protector is fun..but you have to increase the brightness on your phone but cosidering this is a free item I decided not to use it and keep my anti-glare screen protector, which I like a lot.I suppose it would act as a good mirror...kinda handy if you are stuck on a desert Island or need to apply some eye shadow!!!
I really like the slimline aspect of this snap on cover..you do however get fingerprints on the shiny surface but then I did go for the silver version!..maybe the titanium version would have been better
I quite like the carbon fiber look of the twinelites..this is a similar style to the noel and is slimline....I might get one of those..black of course!
All in all a good purchase...looks superb!

by Dae Suh | Monday 27 July, 2009: I bought an iPod Touch case originally which is blue metallic. I love it and looks great so I ordered a silver case from the Noel Collection and received it today. It looks like someone scraped the side on the cement floor and looks used because there is damage all along the side plus it looks so worn on the edges that the white plastic is starting to show where the silver coating was worn off. The parting line on the mold that this came from seems to be off or was repaired. My iPod case looks like a high quality product but this silver iPhone case is a horrible piece of work. I wouldn't recommend the iPhone case. I will try to contact this company to see if they will send me a replacement that doesn't look like it's been used for several months. Wish me luck.

Bought a merlot case..looks fantastic..I read the reviews and was worried about the signal loss but that does not seem to be a problem..mirror screen protector is ok..but as it is bundled free I think of it as a bonus..looks great when it is on..and is great when you need a mirror...in fact my friends use it all the time!...bought mine from an ebay seller called technocrowd here in the UK (they gave me a link on how to apply the screen protector)...it came the very next day!..so all in all very happy...might try one of those HEX cases they look really "trippy".

Delivery is pretty fast.

It looks pretty good and i like it very much. However, the side of the case (near the corner) is somehow protruding, where it's supposed to be round and smooth. A little bit disturbing if you were to look at it closely.

Been using this case for about a week or so. Looks cool and I don't have any signal problem so far. Perhaps it's because i'm using it in Singapore - a small island basically.

For those people who are holding back because of the signal problem. You might just want give it a try if you live in a small city that has strong signal.

However, like many have experienced, the mirror screen protector does not hold for long. It starts with the edge of the protector.

And i think they have missed out the Apple logo protector in the shipping as well. I could not find that in the package. It's kinda disappointing. Hopefully the apple logo wouldn't get scratched badly.

One more thing is that the cutting for the camera hole is not so perfect. In fact, it covers a little bit of the camera. Is it some kind of defect in production? Or it's pretty normal?

Other than that, the product is okay. Hopefully, something could be done with regards to the issues mentioned above. It'd be great they could at least replace the screen protector and the apple logo protector.

Although I do have some issues with this product:

1. The mirror screen protector doesn't go well with bright light, so when it's sunny outside it's really hard to see. And don't even get me started on fingerprints...

2. When having the case on, navigating using GPS doesn't work. Reception is terrible so you'll have constant GPS problems.

So basically it looks awesome, but in some cases it might create reception problems using GPS.

Then wrote to this company to see what they would do. Just as the others who have noted about their awful customer service, I experienced the same thing. I gave both the seller and the company 10 days, but neither would do a thing. Left me holding the damaged product. It looks good on the pictures, but its just plastic. It is NOT worth the amount of money! And you are DEFINATELY on your own once its out their door! Stay with something in the U.S. or where you KNOW it is made well! THIS is NOT!

I ordered sliver and recieved bronze instead lol and i emailed them and i recieved no response. And my BIGGEST complain is that it kills your phone SIGNAL. I would get 2 bars and when i take it off i get full 5 bars. don't waste ur money on this. just get some nylon covers. the only good thing about this order was the spare battery.

I have Vodafone as Provider and I didn't get any signal loss because of the case. Furthermore, I ordered the products on Friday morning (CET time) and I got them the next Monday morning 11:30 in Milan (Italy) City center. Should I add any words more to comment such an excellent delivery service?
Just one little thing: at this level of price a couple of mirror screen more in the package woudn't disturb the customer!

by george mcwilliams | Friday 10 July, 2009: the noel cases are very cheaply made the shiny coating is chipping off the edges after three days and the phone never leaves my pocket and i dont keep anything in my pocket with it not to mention the mirrored screen protecter only stayed stuck to the screen for about an hour then the corners started lifting up i really regret buying two of these one for me and one for my girlfriend what a waste of money.

It's minimally invaisive design-wise, but protects every part of the phone- there`s not one scratch on the phone itself, and i've dropped it wayyy toooo many times. Definitely go for this one :)

It fits perfectly. However, the mirrored screen protector was warped and would not stick to the phone. I cleaned the iPhone surface with microfiber wipes to be sure it was free of dust and oils. Is there a quality problem with the screen protectors?

Overall I am giving the cover a 4 out of 5 (it shows fingerprints), and the protector a 0.

I took the case off and immediately had full bars, then I held the case up to the back of the phone and watched the service disappear!! it wasn't even clipped on! Mirror screen had horrible clarity with the phone on. The ad said that I would get a logo guard, but received nothing. I also purchased the anti-glare screen cover, but it too had obscured clarity, made the picture look "foggy". NOT WORTH THE $$, especially considering this junk ain't cheap! Go to eBay, Case-Mate makes a decent case, I went back to my old beat up case-mate. Aggghhhhh!!!!!!

by Adam Radford | Wednesday 29 April, 2009: I purchased one of these cases about 6-8 weeks ago. To the cases defense, its a sweet looking case that is pretty unique. After putting it on I noticed around 95% of the time I could not even get 1 bar of service at my residence. It was extremely frustrating to have No Service at home. I figured there was an ongoing issue with a tower near my location or something. I decided to take the case off yesterday to clean the phone at home, and not even 10 seconds after the case came off I went from No Service to 3/5 bars of service. I couldn't believe it I thought it was a fluke, so i went into my living room only to gain another bar and hold at 4/5 bars. Thats showing me the case was blocking between 60-80% of the phones reception. Now everywhere I go im seeing 4+ bars instead of the 1-2 i usually got from t-mobile with the case on.
On top of that the mirror screen protector that came with the case is junk, the quality of the mirror finish is so poor that a misplaced tap results in scratches from even someone's fingernails, and then the front of the phone looks horrible.

Sitting in my living room I get 5 bars on 3g without the case, and 1-2 bars with the case. On off, on off...the bars don't lie. I started noticing when callers kept asking me to repeat myself, and say that the reception was poor. Then when I tested it out for myself, I was quite surprised to find it so easy to replicate the issue just by putting the case on and off. I don't know what the interference issue is...I read something about the metallic properties of the case or paint, but I'm not savvy enough to tell you an educated explanation. All I know is that I lost serious reception, and I lost about 25% of my calls with the case on. It's a shame because I think it's a really nice looking case, and the mirror protector is actually very nice quality. So, if vanity is your thing, buy it. If reception is king, wait until they fix this issue somehow, or look elsewhere.

by Sean Sedgwick | Sunday 01 February, 2009: The product is alright, I ordered the colbalt blue case, it's sturdy enough, but the pieces of plastic on the front do look very odd and aren't shown in the product images, and the paint from the plastic has came off of my case so badly it looks terrible, there are yellow specks all over my case now because the lime green insides are coming out from under the glossy paint.

I do regret paying $40 with shipping for it, I still like More a lot though and I plan on buying more of their products, I just wish this particular product was sturdier.

It looks like the phone was dipped in chrome. The mirror screen protector is easy to put on, just take your time when doing so. The only thing I would change about this is to take the "more." logo off the back, (maybe have an option for customized words here). Other than that, it rocks!

In any case, here is my experience.

I ordered the silver case for my iPhone 3G and it looks amazing. However, as soon as I snapped the case onto my iPhone, the AT&T signal went from 5 bars to 1. When I removed the case, the 4 missing signal bars returned. I put the case back on and walked around the house to see if I could recapture the 5 signal bars.....in vain. Seems the metallic series case is an effective shield for AT&T's cell signal.

Anybody else experience this?

The second you put the case on, the signal goes down. It went from almost full bars with 3G to only 2-3 bars of Edge. Secondly, unlike the actual screen of the iPhone, the mirror case does scratch after usage. Aside from the signal disfunction, this case looks gorgeous (tons of compliments) and holds up well (I have dropped it a few times).

The chrome color-matching screen protector is nice and thick, it fully protects the screen from drops and scratches. It upgraded the Iphone 3G visually into a $5000 USD and up Vertu steel/metal phone. Much better than eBay and Apple Store's cases. The best is more-thing.com customer service, they replied to my email within 24 hours. Also they fixed my problem and I received a new case in 7 days. Highly recommended and this will be the only place I shop for Iphone cases.

However, the Silver case came with an extra clump of material on the outside that is sharp. Within hours of putting the mirror covers on the front of the phones they began rolling up as they had been curved during shipment. By the next day both mirror covers were rolling up and off the phone and not usable. One of the ladies has no reception with the case on and has to take it off to make and receive calls. I have e-mailed twice over the last two weeks requesting a replacement silver case and two mirror covers and no one has contacted me. I would be cautious to those of you considering making a purchase considering no one has contacted me to attempt to resolve my issues.
