The dent seems to be caused by its mold in factory.
They send me a new one, and i don't have to stay 3 weeks without case: I can send it back when i received the new one.
so after all they have a nice customer service.
From the rest the case is very beatiful, and i did'nt experience any signal issue...
by gabriel attia | Wednesday 24 February, 2010: I have just received mine, and the hull is dented on the side, I am very disappointed, especially because I wanted to order an other one for my girlfriend...
I do not understand, the package does not seem to have suffered at all, it looks like it was like that when they sent to me; we pay all the same for a new item!
If the delivery deadlines were not so long, I would send back it to ask for an other one, but I don't wan't to leave my unprotected iphone during another 3 weeks...

It is called "metallic" yet it is very flimsy plastic. It cracked after one day of use. It was not dropped or treated roughly in any way. I contacted customer service several days ago and have received no response! I paid a lot for this case and would like to receive a replacement for another style case or a full refund. So, be very careful when making your purchase.
by Heather Ream | Tuesday 15 December, 2009: I wanted to love this case. Although there were some reviews regarding the signal issue, I have the same issues without a case so I figured it couldn't hurt.

I LOVE how the case looks, but, I've only had it a day and it's already worthless. Tonight, my phone dropped out of my coat pocket while sitting, so not a real far fall to the ground..and it cracked the case completely. Now it's worthless.

DO NOT get this case if you plan on protecting your phone. It's worthless for that. It's going to be strictly for looks alone until it slides off the couch or any other small fall, then into the trash it goes.

I went for the titanium version as I believe that it shows up finger prints less.It came in a lovely presentation case (would make an ideal present for someone who has an iphone).
Comes with two screen protectors.I tried the mirror but did not like the fact you have to increase the brightness so I used the other, clear one.
I went for the Catena Titanium as this is my prefered design.
Great case!

However I too experience the block signal problem. No matter how good a case looks, if I have no signal, it's of no use to me... it's very unfortunate because the case is stunning.

Unfortunately, it kills the reception on the phone.. Which is a big no-no.

I tested it out quite a few times, taking it out, waiting and getting my 3G signal back, popping back in, going all the way down to 1 bar on GPRS (not even EDGE)..

Contacted support but no answer yet. Hopefully it's something that can be resolved.

But, I found only a crystal screen protector although the AD shows 1pc. of Crystal Screen Protector and 1pc. of mirror Screen Protector are included. Based on the review here your company often makes mistakes while packaging. Is it intentional or just simple mistake?

I tried to apply the crystal screen protector however I found that it was difficult to apply it without having loads of bubbles. I then tried the mirror protector and it looks fantastic! (I do agree that the screen doesn't look as bright with it on but it still looks good to me!) I'm very very very happy with this product.

I prefer the look of the case on the white iphone because the red just jumps out at you, but unfortunately I have a black iphone. SOLUTION: cut a piece of plain white paper (cutting out a hole for the camera of course) and place it between the phone and the case....TADAAAA!!!! Looks perfect. My only regret is that I bought the metallic touchlite series and not the engraved edition for my ipod touch.

-looks sweet
-isn't bulky to to point where it's hard to take out of your pocket like other cases

Cons:
-kills reception
-not very protective

I would have loved the case if it wasn't for the fact that it kills reception. That's just a deal breaker right off that bat. Would probably be a pretty nice case for an itouch though where you don't need as much reception

For the block signal problem, the case may block some signal in weak signal area. In Hong Kong and Japan don't have this problem very often. iPhone 3G appears to have weak signal reception, this is a common problem for iPhone 3G. We tried to put a plastic case without any coating, the signal also gets weakened.

by Anthony Avella | Tuesday 27 October, 2009: I just received my titanium catena in the mail after the usps postal worker left delivery attempt notes without knocking or ringing the bell..... The case is awesome! I love the look, the mirror screen cover looks great but is not the best for viewing the screen. Sometimes you just née to make sacrifices for good looks.

I am very surprised to find the inside of my case was pretty scratched up in the upper right corner moving toward the center when I opened the sealed package. It doesn't impact the appearance of the case from the outside but it raised concerns.

As others have said, finge print magnet but a very sharp looking magnet. It fits great and I was even able to install the mirror shield with minimal bubbles. I usually destroy them.

I really recommend this case to everyone who would like to stand out from other iPhone owners and look good doing it.

Had a few problems with the delivery, however, but it was more fault of the USPS than the More-Thing Company itself. However, it smudges pretty easily and each time I put it on it seems to kill my signal within a duratio of several minutes. Screen protectors are great, case looks great, but not exactly the best when it comes to protection.

I've had mine a while now and love it.It comes with two screen protectors a mirror and a clear one.I personally did not like the mirror one as it blocks too much brightness but DOES look extremely funky!. I therefore have the clear screen protector on.

I particularly like the "see through" pattern on it which gives it an interesting look.I dont need a case that protects..if you do this is not the case for you, this case keeps the iphone slimline which suits me.I have already had some interest fromsome friends of mine..which I suppose is a good thing!

Comes in a nice clear box too.

I wonder what designs they could come up with?,flags maybe?

There are sharp edges and bumps popping out and it is sometimes hard to take off. I think it an okay case but for the price it is way to high for the lack of quality it has.

Unfortunately the back portion of the case is a fingerprint magnet (I guess that's why the microfiber cloth is provided). The mold of the case is well designed, although there are a few sharp & jagged edges sticking out (but this does not scratch the phone itself). The mirror screen protector is useless. Although it is stylish, I would not recommend using it - it blocks the view of the iPhone completely when it's really sunny. Shipping time can take a while when you're using the regular option (about 2 - 2.5 weeks).
