I wonder if some people have gotten individual "made-on-monday" -pieces, because mine has no scratch after over a year of use. I managed to accidentally bend one of the corner clips. I just bent it back and was surprised that it didn't crack. The only (pretty big) downside is that due to its metallic nature it blocks wifi and GPS signals quite effectively, so I can only use it when I have no need for those. The case also effects GSM reception, so if the signal is weak I have to remove the case. Therefore I use the case mainly in special occasions, which is sad.

Secondly, I dropped it once, and the case broke. It was quite dissapointing because it was exactly what I had been looking for, but on the other hand beauty alone is not sufficient. I'll need to find a replacement. Is there a similar case that is stronger yet just as thin?

by Anthony Kuchinski | Wednesday 23 December, 2009: This case has cracked in less than two weeks of using it. I have never dropped it. The crack is coming from the bottem seam where it appears it was poorly made. This is a GREAT looking case but its just not very good quality materials.

Now the paint has all scratched and peeled off. It comes off very easily. Even a fingernail can scratch it off. Now I have a bright green translucent, scratched up case.

Less impressive.

And the screen protector lasted about 3 days before peeling off completely. I've used lots of these before and never had one peel off. This one just fell right off.

This is not a usual condition for our cases to being peel off after few months used. Could you please contact us at info@more-thing.com for solution? Thanks.

I got a Titanium version, looks the nuts!

No signal loss here. I wonder if it has anything to do with the mirror screen protector? as I have the clear one on mine (you get a choice of a mirror or a clear screen protector).The mirror one cuts out the brightness too much, it was good practise for putting the clear on on.Got mine off ebay here in the UK, much much cheaper.

Nice packaging too, would make a nicely priced, thoughtful present.

by andrew anievas | Saturday 15 August, 2009: Wonderful looking case.. however, I thought I was going crazy with the fact my iPhone 3G[S]had very poor reception. I complained to Apple.. they got me a brand new one. The problem still continued. I then complained to AT&T and they had suggested for me to get a new SIM card. Problem resolved?..... NUH UH SUCKA! So what was the common problem with 2 new iPhones and 2 new SIM cards? The answer..... after these messages.

The answer was this damn good looking case. I don't know if anyone had noticed this problem with any of their iPhones. If you aren't, then kudos to you.. and you're probably in denial. Jerks. So check yourself... check your phones. I purchased 3 of these cases, and now none of them will be used on my phone.

BUT HEY!... at least it LOOKED nice right?..

I will never substitute my lack of reception for the pretty backing of my phone.

Bought a merlot case..looks fantastic..I read the reviews and was worried about the signal loss but that does not seem to be a problem..mirror screen protector is ok..but as it is bundled free I think of it as a bonus..looks great when it is on..and is great when you need a mirror...in fact my friends use it all the time!...bought mine from an ebay seller called technocrowd here in the UK (they gave me a link on how to apply the screen protector)...it came the very next day!..so all in all very happy...might try one of those HEX cases they look really "trippy".

Proximity sensors doesn' t works and the tactil screen is available whwn you are speaking. So you finished a call when you don´t want.

by Dov Calderon | Thursday 02 July, 2009: I received it yesterday and it was a little duller than I was expecting but overall, fits great! My only major complaint is the "mirror" sheet that comes with it. I couldn't get mine to stay on and it lost it's adhesiveness immediately.
Placed an email in to support and awaiting a response.
Would purchase again from this site, assuming I can get the sheet to work properly.

by Robert Sandhaus | Thursday 25 June, 2009: I want to revise my review below. First, it appears the color sent to me is, in fact, correct. The metallic finish tends to pick up surrounding colors and I found that when placed in a neutral environment, it is actually the titanium I ordered.

Second, I want to comment that when I wrote to customer service about my issues they were immediately responsive and offered to replace my case. I was embarrassed to tell them that the color actually was correct.

On the other hand, they did acknowledge that the case does cause some reduction in signal strength.

So the rating I'm giving this comment is a reflection of the high quality of their customer service. Still, I wish the case did not cause signal problems and I wish the mirror screen protector would stick to the 3Gs screen.

It looks very good!
The cover is very firm and so is the screen protector!

Although it's a SHAME that the colors deviate from the original(!!)(Tthe colors from your touch screen),
I do like this product very much!

And maybe a tip for more-thing, don't make the "more"-tellers on the back green. Just white or silver-gray(like the Apple logo) would be better..

I would give this a 8/10!
by Robert Sandhaus | Wednesday 24 June, 2009: Beautiful products. I ordered the Eternity Titanium/Black shell for my new iPhone 3Gs. Looks great, fits well. However there are three major problems:

1) I ordered the Titanium/Black -- they sent me Merlot
2) The beautiful mirror screen protector does not appear to stick to the 3Gs' new oligophobic screen (or whatever it's called).
3) Although the shell is plastic, it entirely blocks wireless reception when in place, unless I'm right next to the wireless transmitter -- remove the shell and the wireless signal bounces right back. Must be the metallic coloring of the plastic.

by Bruno Pereira | Thursday 21 May, 2009: Today I received my cover of More-Thing for my Iphone, it is quite beautiful and has some quality, especially for the material, the brightness in order to fit Iphone is mayor, but unfortunately, to my misfortune the cover comes with a default finishing the painting on the front lower left, just next to the chrome of my Iphone which is a pity because the cover is not so cheap to have this type of defect, given that the Company shall have More-Thing a department of quality control, I think this strange type of defects. I will send an email to the company to express my displeasure. in any way the cover is within my expectations, except the (Default) in the finishing of metal paint.

The mirror protector is cool... but in the sun the only thing you can see is the reflection, also it fingerprints easily, and the case does as well.

The thin piece along the side (where the volume keys are) snapped when I was trying to put it on - there should be instructions that say to install it by putting the opposite long side into the case first, then gently snapping on the opposite long side (where the volume keys are) - I was trying to do it vertically and it was too much pressure on that point. (hard to explain!)

I do not feel that this case is good value for money, broken or not. It's a piece of plastic.....and not even really great quality plastic. It does draw a lot of oooh ahhh comments though....

Pro's:
-Case is gorgeous! The color and shine is amazing.
-Mirror screen has no roughness like some of the screen protectors I've tried in the past. Plus it was easy to install.
-You don't even notice you have a case on the phone. There is no raised edge preventing you from a slide off the side which IMO is nice. Also no dirt get's caught around the edges of the screen this way.
-Tough as heck to scratch the case. I have a two year old who is constantly playing with my phone. Not a scratch to the case yet!

Con's:
-Mirror screen shows every finger/cheeck print. Have to clean the thing several times a day.
-Screen protector also creates a "rainbow" effect when in use. This did take some time getting used to, now it's kinda cool.
-I have noticed a remarkable reduction in signal while the case is on. Not sure if it's from the material that the case is made of or what is the cause. It does seem to be an issue only in certain areas though. Standing still with case off, full signal. Case on, signal drops at least two bars.

Overall, this is a nice case for the price. Very stylish and well built. There is no flex in this thing! I haven't drop tested it, but I think it would do decently. I recomend it for someone who wants a flashy looking case/screen and is in a high signal area.

If you want a case that doesn't bulk up the phone, then I recommend this case. Mine did come with the mirror screen protector and the logo protector. I didn't think she would want to put either of them on but we put the whole thing on and it looks great. The mirror screen slightly polarizes the colors. Like a slight distortion but she didn't mind and she said she barely noticed it. I am very picky I guess. Anyway, to summarize... It came relatively quickly but you have to sign for the package. The case is exactly as described and I am planning on buying one for my phone. Very nice package overall for what you get.

The case looks great, fits snugly and hasn't scratched since I bought it 3 weeks ago. The mirror-finish screen protector is amazing, all my friends think it looks sweet. It was actually much easier to apply than the people in the youtube videos claim it is. One additional thing I like about the screen protector is that is very smooth, it feels like the actual screen. The ones you buy from AT&T stores have a little grab when you try to scroll.
